Abstract

Expõe breve análise dos aspectos gerais da tutela penal do ambiente, especialmente a proteção penal da legislação brasileira. Para tanto, investiga-se a criminalização das condutas ambientais, bem como a responsabilização das pessoas física e jurídica pela realização dos tipos penais ambientais.The purpose of this investigation is to make a short analyse of the general penal aspects of the tutor penalty of the environment, especially the penal protection of the Brazilian legislation. For that, the crimination of the environmental aspects is investigated, as well as the responsibility of the natural and juridical person for the accomplishment of the environmental penal types.
