Abstract

A função social do advogado vem sendo apregoada desde os primórdios da existência humana. Relacionada à função social do advogado inerente e intrinsecamente ligada está a questão do próprio acesso à justiça e da ética profissional. Inegável, que, nos últimos anos, algumas mudanças de maior relevo se apontam no sentido de dar um contexto mais humanista ao exercício da advocacia, mormente quanto aos Núcleos de Prática Jurídica.The social function of the lawyer has been proclaimed since early beginning of human beings¿ existence. Related to the social function of the lawyer is the inherited and closely attached issue of access to justice itself and professional ethics. It is undeniable, however, that in the last few years some greater changes bare in mind giving a more humanistic context to the practice of law, mainly as what concerns the Core of the Legal Practice.
