Abstract

Abordada questão da proteção jurídica das minorias gays e lésbicas na União Européia e na França, a partir de uma perspectiva mais ampla de proteção concedida às minorias na Europa, demonstrando a adequação dos instrumentos jurídicos tradicionais dos direitos do homem e das liberdades fundamentais para efetivar tal proteção.
