La protection juridique de la minorité gay et lesbienne dans l’Union Européenne et en France

Abstract

Abordada questão da proteção jurídica das minorias gays e lésbicas na União Européia e na França, a partir de uma perspectiva mais ampla de proteção concedida às minorias na Europa, demonstrando a adequação dos instrumentos jurídicos tradicionais dos direitos do homem e das liberdades fundamentais para efetivar tal proteção. In this paper the author faces the question on the legal protection of gays and lesbians in the European Union and in France, from the broader perspective of protection conceded to the minorities in Europe, showing the suitability of existing traditional legal instruments of human rights and fundamental liberties to make such protection effective.
