In this context, very important issues are raised to be dealt with by the Labor Court concerning the use of electronic appliances by the employer in the work environment to monitor employees, mainly the use of e-mail and cameras in the labor environment, which may be used as long as some requirements are met and there are no other ways to prevent possible damage to be caused in the company.
