Locação predial urbana : o contrato e suas garantias = Urban real state rental : the contract and its guarantees

Abstract

Expõe os principais aspectos da locação do imóvel urbano, de acordo com a Lei nº 8.245/91, com ênfase no contrato e principalmente em suas garantias acessórias, contribuindo assim para um maior entendimento do instigante tema.

The present study aims at presenting the main aspects of Real Estate rential according to Law nº 8.245/91. However, it is not our intention to present an exhaustive analysis of this subject; neither will we deal with the legal aspects resulting from the analysis of this kind of contract, established by the so-called “Tenant Law”. We will try to give a special treatment to the “Urban Building Law”, its sorts of contracts and mainly its accessory guarantees, thus contributing to a better understanding of this exciting theme.
