A lesão nos contratos é um instituto que busca o equilíbrio da justiça contratual. Encontra-se prevista no Código de Defesa do Consumidor e no Código Civil. Apresenta como elemento objetivo a desproporção entre prestação e contraprestação de um negócio jurídico concomitante à sua formação. O requisito subjetivo é a situação de inferioridade da parte lesada. It is included in the Consumers Defense Code and in the Civil Code. It has as an objective the element of disproportion between rendering and counter-rendering a juristic act together with its development.
